Dr.pitts is amazing, very nice man and treats me and my kids with respect. Receptionist are very rude though and will cancel your appointments, I have proof of my appointments being scheduled and had an email and text message with the the day and time, I showed up and they said there was no appointment, I showed them proof and they had nothing to say and said they can try to get me in another day. They also gossip in Spanish in front of English speakers but they do not know I can speak Spanish and have said insulting things about me and other women waiting.

My Doctor went up on my weight loss shot new Doctor Morgan 2.5 to 5.0 and I am on the program for it and free but Rosa only gave me one pin I didn't get 2 pin and it pay for they are doing a investigation on that place gave it to somebody else and Rosa don't call you back and lie in your face.i ask to speak to Ben they will not leave me talk to him .so if anyone having problems with them let me know. Changed my kids from lamesa to MWAMBA worst mistake ever! Arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment and instead of them telling me I would have to reschedule they made me wait for 1 hour in there office. The doctor comes in the room says “ I was assisting the patients that came in on time” like really! My child doesn’t feel good and you being PETTY. Very unprofessional changed my kids dr next day! I would not recommend this place they need to go back to school. Or better yet she needs to teach herself how to be better with people and kids no compassion! PETTY AT ITS WORST ONLY REASON I DID NOT ARGUE WITH HER IS BECAUSE MY CHILD DOES NOT NEED THAT NEGATIVITY!

Staff VERY RUDE. Cancelled my SONS appointment without any acknowledgement. My appointment was at 1:30pm, they open at 8 they had 7 hours to call me and didn't . I got a email confirmation at 11:45 for my appointment BUT THEY TRIED TO CALL ? NO . Don't care about their black patients if you not Hispanic they could careless. The doctor from one of these literally almost killed me and my child because she didn't care to take to see if my water broke before putting me into labor anyways . I HATE the staff here . The only reason I stayed was because I loved his doctor but the rude nursing staff . BOTTOM OF THE BARREL! I'm officially moving my child after yesterday

The worst clinic ever! They are very disrespectful and have no knowledge of what's going on in their own facility. Wait times are always long and no one ever answers the phone! My son has been waiting 3 months to get paperwork back from this clinic and now his therapy's have lapsed because of this! All the good doctors have also quit because of the incompetence of the facility. The nurse's at the front desk are very unhelpful and all they do is talk and play around while people are waiting. Please avoid going to this facility at all cost and trust me I'm trying to save you from this headache!
